Yes. Alongside gaining insight, we’ll work on practical ways to respond differently to thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and situations you’re finding difficult.
Some people notice greater clarity or small shifts within the first 2–3 sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy. It depends on what you’re working through, your goals, and how things progress.
