I’m someone who naturally observes people and the small emotional details they don’t always say out loud. Even in my free time, I love watching sitcoms and analysing characters. The way people think, love, protect themselves, and hide their fears has always fascinated me and it’s shaped the way I show up as a therapist.

Why I Built Nivara Space
I kept meeting bright, capable individuals carrying self-doubt, burnout, and a mind that never slows down. They weren’t “broken”; they were simply moving through life without the emotional tools and safety they needed.
I knew I wanted to build a space that responded to exactly this need.
What Nivara Represents
I wanted therapy to feel less intimidating and more usable in everyday life. “Nivara” means “protection” in Sanskrit, and that meaning shaped this space: a calm refuge where you can slow down, untangle what feels overwhelming, and learn to trust yourself again.
My hope is that Nivara becomes the place you return to whenever life feels heavy. Not for escape, but for grounding, clarity, and the kind of support that helps you step back into your life with more strength and self-trust.
